[He stops to take a large breath.]
THERE IS NO DELIVERANCE FROM THIS FATE! WE SHALL ALL QUAKE AT THE CHAOS LIKE THE WORMS WE ARE!

[Running is heard behind him and a voice is heard. It sounds like Ciel's voice]

[Q's voice follows.]
Miss Minerva, now!
[There is the shot of something being fired while McGonagall lets loose a spell of her own.]

[A series of ropes fly in the air and bind Orpheus so that he can't move. He continues to struggle, all the while screaming.]
UNHAND ME YOU FIENDS! YOU ARE ALL IN LEAGUE WITH THE DARKNESS! IT COMES TO KILL US ALL! IT-
[Clang! Q opted to use a small tranquilizer gun on Orpheus from the back, knocking him right out.]
What a mess.
[He turns towards the camera, adjusting his tie as if there was no problem in the world. Even in dire situations, he is a calm man.]
It appears that a bout of paranoia has hit citizens of the city. At first we had assumed it was just the local population, but now with Orpheus....also affected, it means some of you may be in turn. We are trying to find the source of these matters, but our search has been fruitless.
Even the demonic population isn't quite sure what is going on.
Be vigilant. If you feel you are affected, please do your best to stay calm.
